Utilising the power of social media advertising, we identify an audience of your target respondents and show them carefully crafted ads that encourage them to complete your survey. Through years of experience, we have a deep understanding of what works both visually and emotionally with people from different demographics, regions and age-groups.
We split test a variety of images / videos and copy, allowing us to understand which is providing the lowest cost per response and optimise our activity toward the best performers.
All visual assets and copy is compiled / designed by Pollsur and will be sent for approval prior to launch.
After completing the Pollsur RFQ System, we'll build a target audience inside Meta Ads to establish the total number of people we can target. We'll contrast this information to your minimum response quota and provide an indication of whether a project is possible. If yes, we'll provide an estimated cost per response and an indication of our fees to manage the project.
The typical information we require is who are we targeting, survey length, required responses, purpose / outcome of the project and whether there’s an incentive (generally prize draw) to complete the survey.
There are three factors that impact the pricing of projects:

Incentives (managed by client)
An invoice will be provided for the total, for payment in advance of the commencement of the project.
Pullsur’s fees are dictated by the number of demographics / audiences you wish to target. Each audience represents a duplication of activity in setup, management, optimisation and reporting.
There are economies of scale associated with running multiple audiences and we’ll advise you on potential audience amalgamations to minimise costs.
Other considerations are length of fieldwork, number of responses required, complexity of targeting (incidence rate or respondent care factor) or number of waves within project.
We will always make recommendations on the most cost effective way to complete a project.
Like most Market Research projects, the biggest factor in cost per response is incidence rate, however due to the power of Social Media advertIsing, Pollsur is able to overcome challenges with geo-locations or personal qualification identifiers (parents, CALD, Job Industry, Interests etc.) that traditional collection typically struggle with.
Another contributing aspect is the 'care factor' of a given audience. Unlike a panel, social media users aren't on Facebook / Instagram with the intention of completing survey(s) to earn money or rewards. Using the targeting functionality available via Meta Advertising, your target audience is guaranteed to see and click the ads, however if the survey is something they don't care about or won't impact them, responses are more costly to obtain.
Finally, survey length & incentive will always play a part, as will diminishing returns associated with too large of a quota.

In circumstances where time is imperative, we can be in field within 48 hours of an approved quote & processed invoice. This level of urgency is not preferred as it increases the propensity for errors and an ill considered project.
As such, there is a fee associated with urgent turn-arounds of under a week.

We try to localize audiences as much as possible. Saying "Do you live in Dunwoody?" (GA, NA) will elicit a stronger response than "Do you live in Atlanta?" or "Do you live in America?" and generate a lower overall cost per complete.

Due to data storage requirements, incentives are handled on your end.
Although we're a Sample Aquisition provider, Pollsur does not retain any survey response data at any time. Conversely, your survey systems will have end-to-end encryption that satisfies all data requirements.
As such, we will recommend an incentive in our quote for you but do not include the cost of that incentive in our pricing.
